Gastronomic experiences in the intimacy of your own home

Born into a family of hoteliers with a strong culinary tradition in Germany, I grew up surrounded by the world of hospitality and gastronomy, with family businesses in Germany, Switzerland, and Spain. Although I had not initially planned to pursue a career in the culinary world, I eventually discovered my true passion in the kitchen.
 

My professional training began in 1982 at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, where I acquired the foundations of classical French haute cuisine. I subsequently developed my career across Germany, Switzerland, and Spain, gaining extensive experience in the industry while broadening my culinary perspective through travels and experiences at some of the world's finest hotels and restaurants.
 

Over the years, I have refined an international culinary style, combining French, Spanish, Italian, Mediterranean, German, and Asian influences, with a particular passion for Thai cuisine. In 2007, I settled in Brazil, where I ran my restaurant, Caffé Olé, for nearly twenty years, establishing a distinctive culinary identity founded on quality, creativity, and respect for the finest ingredients.
 

Today, I bring more than four decades of experience to private events and exclusive gastronomic experiences, offering personalized and sophisticated cuisine for clients around the world.
